Terms of Service
Effective: September 12, 2026
1. Apple Standard License Agreement
Your use of Reballo is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
The Standard EULA applies in full, with the additions and clarifications below. Where the additions conflict with the Standard EULA, the additions control to the extent permitted.
2. Not Financial Advice
Reballo is an informational tool. Nothing displayed in the app — including price data, allocation percentages, drift from your target, buy and sell amounts, or any other indicator — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or trading advice. The app is not a broker, advisor, or recommendation service.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial professional before buying or selling any security.
3. Market Data
Price and historical data are provided by third-party sources (currently Yahoo Finance and Twelve Data) and are supplied “as is.” Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. We do not guarantee:
- Real-time accuracy of quotes, or of the rebalancing amounts derived from them
- Continuous availability of any data source
- That a ticker, exchange, or instrument will remain supported
Do not rely on Reballo as your sole source of market information, and do not use it to execute trades.
4. Price
Reballo has no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Every feature, including the Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, is included. Any price for the app itself is the one shown on the App Store at the time of purchase, in your local currency; payment and refunds are handled by Apple under their own policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reballo and its developer (Division 61) are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs — including investment losses, missed opportunities, or trading errors — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or its data.
6. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
